Hi, I’m Val. Welcome to the A-Side of Better Call Val.
I’m a marketer, content creator, writer, advocate, and the person people tend to call when they need help figuring something out—a Solutionista of sorts. My path here has been anything but traditional, but every job, detour, restart, and unexpected turn taught me something I use today. Marketing finally gave me a place to bring those skills together: research, storytelling, strategy, communication, and understanding what makes people care.
As I finish my marketing degree and work toward greater stability in my health and home, I’m beginning to look toward traditional employment and the next chapter of my career. At the same time, I’m exploring ways to build additional streams of income using the skills I’ve developed along the way—particularly website design and affiliate marketing.
